SHAPII joins the fair trading community around the globe to celebrate World Fair Trade Day this year posting banner each at its 2 showrooms and Foundation building. This year’s celebration focuses on the environmental justice being part of sustainable development of which the company launches two (2) important campaigns, May 16, in a quick ceremony at the company ground. One is drive to use the SHAPII Greenbag (see picture) instead of plastic bags for shopping. This way we would be able to partake in saving the world from undesirable plastic trash.                 Another campaign launches the use of broomsticks (see picture) in cleaning outdoors, especially in ridding the yard of dried leaves. This is a health care measure for the people in the community from getting back pains in the sweeping jobs. All of these because SHAPII cares…for it’s people and the environment.                 While sharing the worldwide programs to create a global awareness based on justice, economy and sustainability, SHAPII continues its advocacy for environmental consciousness by religiously attending on its environmental compliance activities – its Wastewater management system.
